Open the Shop and buy Remove Ads. It's a one-time purchase that turns off the banner and the ads between levels. Reward ads stay available, but they only ever play when you tap Watch Ad.

• Android: make sure you're signed in to Google Play with the account you bought it with, then open the game while connected to the internet. The game checks with Google Play when it starts and restores the purchase on its own.
• iPhone and iPad: open Settings or the Shop in the game and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with.

Reward ads you choose to watch (for example, to double your Coins) are separate and stay available either way. If the purchase still doesn't come back, write to us with the date of purchase.

No. Everything in the game works offline. Ads and purchases need a connection, so while you're offline they're simply unavailable.

Spireward has no accounts or cloud saves: your progress is saved on your device. If your device's backup is on (Google backup on Android, iCloud or your computer on iPhone and iPad), your progress can come back when you reinstall the game or set up a new device from that backup. Uninstalling the game without a backup deletes its progress.

• Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and some US states), open Settings → Privacy Options in the game to change your consent or opt out of personalized ads.
• On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's settings (often Settings → Privacy → Ads).
• On iPhone and iPad you can allow or deny tracking any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

We don't run accounts or servers, so we hold no data linked to you. Uninstalling the game deletes everything it saved on your device. For data held by the ad and store services, see How Long Information Is Kept, and Deleting It, or write to us and we'll help.

• Build near the bends in the road, so your towers fire longer.

Yes, in Settings: Reduce Motion turns off pulses, bobs and shakes; Battery Saver caps the game at 30 frames per second; and Haptics turns vibration on or off.

Spireward is made for players aged 13 and over. It runs on Android phones and tablets; an iPhone and iPad version is coming later.
