SpirewardThese terms are an agreement between you and EratechIT (“we”, “us”) about the Spireward game. By downloading or playing Spireward, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.
Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download Spireward and play it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not:
- copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game or its art, music or code;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or modify it, except where the law allows this anyway;
- use it to break the law, or try to cheat its purchases or ads (for example, by tampering with ad rewards).
The game and everything in it remain ours or our licensors'. Fonts and third-party components keep their own licences, listed in the game under Settings → Credits & Licenses.
App stores
- If you got Spireward from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your download and purchases.
- If you got Spireward from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA) applies to your use of the game. Where these terms and the Standard EULA differ, the Standard EULA applies to the App Store version.
Purchases
- Remove Ads is an optional one-time purchase. It turns off the banner and the ads between levels on the account you buy it with. Reward ads stay available and only play when you choose.
- Payments are handled by Google Play or Apple, under their terms. Refunds follow their refund policies, so please ask them first; we're happy to help if you contact us.
- On Android the purchase comes back automatically when you sign in with the same Google account; on iPhone and iPad, use Restore Purchases in the game.
Ads
Spireward shows ads from Google AdMob. We don't control the content of individual ads, and we're not responsible for third-party products or websites you reach through an ad. Our Privacy Policy explains what the ad service collects and the choices you have.
Gold, Coins and other game items
Gold, Coins, stars, upgrades and other in-game items have no real-world value. They can't be bought, sold, exchanged for money or transferred. We may rebalance them in updates, for example to keep the game fair and fun.
Your progress
Your progress is saved on your device; there are no accounts or cloud saves. If you uninstall the game or reset your device without a backup, your progress may be lost, and we can't restore it.
Updates and availability
We may update Spireward to fix problems, add content or meet store requirements, and some updates may be needed to keep playing. We may stop offering the game in the future; if we do, purchases you've made are handled under the store's terms.
Our responsibility
We work hard to make Spireward enjoyable and reliable, but we provide it “as is” and can't promise it will always be free of errors or available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of in-game progress or items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live that can't be limited by agreement.
Age
Spireward is made for players aged 13 and over. If you're under the age of majority where you live, please make sure a parent or guardian agrees to these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the effective date above, and for significant changes we'll also tell you in the game or on its store page. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
